The ODYSEAS system was established by Law No. 5256/2025 as the national agency for digital traffic monitoring and accident prevention. Its goal is not only to record data, but primarily to prevent accidents and protect human life.
With modern digital tools, reliable data, and targeted prevention measures, ODYSEAS is strengthening the national effort to make travel safer and substantially reduce traffic fatalities by 2030.
